I often find it difficult for me to stay focused on the present moment, even though I write about it and practice it daily. Yes, practice is necessary, but what is the best way to learn to stay in the moment? For me, nature teaches me to stay in the moment. I took this picture of the squirrel on our pond as it intently stood there. What is it thinking? Take a moment to watch birds, deer, dogs, cats, etc and notice how they stay in the moment. How can we be more like them?
